The Client Partnership Coordinator (CPC) is an entry-level position that focuses on learning the process of managing projects and clients at CB and supporting the project workflow.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Account Management and Delivery (Project Management) teams with the overall management and workflow of projects, team management, and client relationships
  • Work on projects that can include print, digital, and video production
  • Manage the routing of projects in Workfront
  • Provide client or internal feedback via Workfront as assigned
  • Assist with estimating and scheduling of projects
  • Assist with submissions to client med-legal departments
  • Participate in team meetings and provide follow-up tasks as needed
  • Learn agency financial system and reporting to help project management team with reporting and analysis
  • Update any financial information related to the project as directed. Including entering estimates, opening jobs, entering POs and managing estimates, vendor follow-up, etc.
  • Schedule internal and client meetings; manage meeting set up for client visits and/or large team meetings
  • Learn CB workflow processes

Reporting & Team

  • This role reports in to the Delivery team and will have a mentor in the Account team

Qualifications

  • 1 year of project management or account management experience is helpful, but not essential (can include internship)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or operations management preferred
  • Familiarity with or interest in the pharma, healthcare, or similar industry a plus
  • Experience in managing projects and managing or collaborating with teams at some level (in college, for a community event, etc.)
  • A great communicator (verbal and written) with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet, identify potential issues and work with management to solve
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
