Position Overview

Cambridge BioMarketing is seeking an experienced Integrated Producer to support in the successful execution and delivery of projects across varied channels including digital, video, digital audio and emerging media. This person will work with internal teams, including, but not limited to, project managers, strategists, UX designers and art directors to craft impeccable interactive experiences. The core responsibility of this role is to define requirements and manage the deliverables for digital projects including: web apps, mobile apps, and interactive touch experiences and experiential experiences. The successful candidate will have a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, and be able to quickly learn (and share) new platforms and solutions.

Responsibilities                                                                                                       

The Integrated Producer responsibilities:

  • Collect and develop requirements for web and mobile applications
  • Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions and translate findings into clearly defined requirements
  • Act as a trusted advisor on technology strategy, trends and best practices
  • Work with internal agency teams to provide advice on interactive design, implementation, tools, scalability, system performance and dependencies
  • Investigate, analyze and evangelize software development methodologies and help adapt them for agency process improvements
  • Encourage active participation in all phases of the project lifecycle and work with project management to remove impediments in software development, QA and deployment
  • Lead digital project execution by collaborating with internal teams
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues as they arise
  • Provide production oversight for all phases of content development: planning, creative concepting, pre-production, production, and post production
  • Provide input on vendor selection and assist with vendor management and invoicing
  • Execute work across various platforms; understand different aspects of production from digital, experiential, content (both still and motion), and print
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across disciplines (creative, UX, and technical) and time zones
  • Provide unique oversight and perspective to maintain a common goal while increasing knowledge, productivity, communication, and awareness between team members and the client

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years as a digital producer or technical project manager
  • Proficiency in modern front-end technologies and understanding of back-end relationships
  • Experience in enterprise architecture and systems integration (e.g. marketing automation, CRM)
  • Ability to understand critical issues and provide appropriate resolutions, escalating when necessary
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum development processes
  • Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, internally and externally
  • Positive attitude with focus on the success of the team over individual accomplishments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Managing digital projects in Pharma or healthcare a plus
  • Experience with Veeva a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for innovation
