We’re looking for a seasoned user experience designer to join an enthusiastic multi-disciplinary team in the healthcare space. This person should have a passion for creating seamless design solutions across multiple touchpoints and devices. Your solutions are strategically rooted in a deep understanding of our users, business challenges and client objectives. This person will also be tasked with helping CB build a UX team as the agency continues to grow.
Synthesize strategic requirements, technical constraints, user research, data and analytics into effective UX solutions
Design and develop site maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and technical specifications documents
Lead & facilitate collaborative working sessions with creative teams to inform UX deliverables
Manage multiple projects and fulfill project requests while meeting tight deadlines
Create, lead, and facilitate client facing design thinking workshops
Create and rollout design systems/component libraries
Act as the agency’s UX “go to” with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards.
Initiate, suggest, and spearhead UX efforts agency-wide across multiple clients and multiple projects
Ensure all deliverables meet WCAG standards
Ensure all global deliverables meet GDPR requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
Highly proficient in design and rapid prototyping tools including Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Inivision
Strategic/critical thinking with the ability to translate ideas, concepts, and content into cohesive design solutions
Evangelizes design thinking and clearly communicates UX solutions in a persuasive way
Highly collaborative and comfortable working with multi-disciplinary teams in a client-facing setting
Ability to work independently and manage their time across multiple projects
3-5+ years of user experience for web, mobile, watch, voice, and app design
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, new media design or related design field
Prior agency or consulting experience
Healthcare/pharma experience a plus
Some experience in (one or more): HTML5, CSS3, Python/PHP/Ruby, Flash/ActionScript, Objective C or Java, a plus
